At Linyi Waytop New Energy Company, we don’t just build reliable electric bicycle, electric motorcycle and electric tricycle—we build a team that supports each other, grows together, and finds joy in the journey. After months of dedicated work on improving our electric scooters, electric tricycles, and sustainable mobility solutions, we decided it was time to hit the beach, unwind, and strengthen the bonds that make our team unbeatable. Last weekend, our entire team traded our toolkits and design boards for sand, sunshine, and a cozy beachfront homestay, and it turned out to be the perfect reset we all needed. Our adventure started bright and early on Saturday morning, with team members gathering at our company headquarters—many arriving on our very own two-wheeler electric scooters, a fitting start to a trip that celebrates our passion for electric mobility. We carpooled the rest of the way to the coast, chatting about our latest projects, from optimizing battery life for our three-wheeler electric cargo bikes to refining the design of our urban electric scooters. The drive was filled with laughter, stories, and even a few friendly debates about which electric vehicle model would be best for a beachside commute (spoiler: our lightweight two-wheeler won by a landslide).
When we arrived at our beachfront homestay, we were instantly greeted by the sound of waves and a warm sea breeze. Nestled just steps from the shore, the homestay felt like a home away from home—spacious, cozy, and with a fully equipped kitchen that would soon become the heart of our team bonding. After settling into our rooms, we headed straight to the beach for a relaxing afternoon: some walked along the shore, collecting seashells and talking about their favorite parts of working in the electric vehicle industry; others played beach games, turning friendly competitions into moments of teamwork that mirrored how we collaborate on our EV projects.
As the sun began to set, we headed back to the homestay to cook together—a task that brought our team even closer. Divided into small groups, we chopped, grilled, and stirred, sharing recipes and stories as we prepared a feast of fresh seafood, grilled veggies, and homemade sides. It was a reminder that just like building a high-quality electric vehicle requires teamwork, communication, and attention to detail, so does cooking a meal together. Even the team members who usually focus on EV engineering or sales stepped up, showing off hidden cooking skills and proving that our team is full of surprises.
Over dinner, we talked about more than just work—we shared personal stories, dreams, and even a few funny mishaps from our time in the electric vehicle industry. We discussed how our work on electric bicycle, electric motorcycle and electric tricycle is making a difference: reducing carbon emissions, making daily commutes easier for families and small businesses, and paving the way for a more sustainable future. It was inspiring to hear how each team member’s role, whether it’s designing the EV frame, testing battery performance, or helping customers choose the right electric vehicle, contributes to our bigger mission.
The next day, we spent more time exploring the coast—some went for a morning swim, others sat on the porch of the homestay, sipping coffee and brainstorming new ideas for our electric vehicles. We even took a few of our lightweight two-wheeler EVs for a spin along the beachfront path, turning heads and showing off just how versatile and fun our products are. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and inspiration, reminding us that taking time to recharge is key to creating the best electric mobility solutions for our customers.
As we headed back to work on Monday, we felt refreshed, reconnected, and more motivated than ever. This beach getaway wasn’t just a chance to relax—it was a chance to strengthen our team spirit, remind ourselves why we love what we do, and gather new energy to keep innovating in the two-wheeler and three-wheeler electric vehicle industry. At Linyi Waytop New Energy Company, we believe that a happy, connected team builds better products, and this trip proved just that.
Thank you to every team member for making this weekend unforgettable. Here’s to more adventures, more teamwork, and more amazing electric mobility solutions that make a difference. Stay tuned for our upcoming updates—we’re already hard at work on new designs and improvements, fueled by the joy and connection from our beach escape.
